Peach-Water.com’s 2nd Birthday

Wow! I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I started Peach-Water.com, and still gobsmacked by the number of people who visit my blog on a regular basis.
Seriously, without everyone’s loving support, I don’t think I could have ever made it this far. Maintaining a full time job and blogging on a weekly schedule is difficult and hard work, but the positive feedback and kind words I receive on a regular basis really keeps me going. Thank you.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all my visitors, friends and family for the support over the past 2 years. Thank you, a very humbling experience and definitely a special part of my life which  has now essentially become a weekly routine.

Of course no birthday can go without a celebration!
To celebrate Peach-Water.com’s 2nd birthday, I will be announcing three weeks of giveaway prizes plus, I even given this blog a make over :D Let me know what you think!

But before I announce week one’s giveaway prize, here’s this week’s blog post! Back to where it all started…..

To celebrate, I decided to go back to where Peach-Water.com started - Three Bags Full. It’s been 2 years since I’ve visited. The vibe and atmosphere of Three Bags Full is still very much the same – still packed and lots of hustle and bustle~! What has changed though is that the original owners have sold Three Bags Full (moved onto Top Paddock + 2 Birds one stone), they have expanded and there’s a lot more seating available next door.

As I had breakfast prior to Three Bags Full, I decided to sit around and enjoy a icy cool strawberry milkshake and a decadent baked ricotta cheesecake.
I don’t usually drink milkshakes, but it was a hot day and I wanted something cold so the strawberry milkshake was a real treat. It wasn’t overly sweet, and you can definitely taste the real strawberries they’ve used to make the milkshake. It taste nothing like a strawberry Big M :P

As for the ricotta cheesecake, it was a very light and fluffy cheesecake. Not overly sweet, and with raisins to give it added texture. The pastry was baked perfectly – not overly crumbly.
It’s a nice cheesecake, but I still prefer the chocolate cheesecake brownie when I first visited Three Bags Full 2 years ago!
